Siebel 18.5 - Columns Displayed options not saving

Hi Team,

With my login in Production environment , for an applet I click on Columns Displayed and arrange few columns in an order and save them. When I log out and login back, the last session column settings are not seen on the applet. For few user there is no issue.

One more observation is for the users which had issue in production doesnt face the same issue in test environment.

Please advise how to debug and fix this issue,
