General database upgrade question

We have an ODA x7-m that is in the pre-production stage of deployment.

We have deplyed an 18.3 appliance without issues.

All components at appliance level show as 18.3

The database created was from the 18.1 clone template and we are now testing the 18.3 database upgrade.

We have updated the repository with the 18.3 rdbms clone template.

I wanted some general advice on the database upgrade steps to confirm that we have caried them out correctly.

The upgrade task returns the below status,
