2018 1095C Part II box 15 issue

We have three different low cost monthly premium amounts entered for various health plans.  After generating the 1095C form, only one rate is being populated on all the forms.  Anyone else experiencing this?  Also, I do not see a 2018 Peoplesoft ACA issue list on the ACA Info Center site.  Thanks.  release 9.2, tools 8.55.19.
