Cómo limpiar la información obsoleta de la vista FRAMEWORKFOLDERSHISTORY?

Hola

La vista FRAMEWORKFOLDERSHISTORY guarda información de ficheros y directorios que ya no existen porque se han ido borrando.

Además desde el applet Configuration Manager el borrado de un registro no funciona. El error es:

Evento generado por el usuario 'weblogic' en el host 'nnnnn:16200'. No se ha podido ejecutar el servicio EDIT_SCHEMA_VIEW_VALUES_SUB y la función editSchemaViewValues.

Se ha encontrado una excepción al ejecutar una consulta. java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-01400: no se puede realizar una inserción NULL en ("DEV_OCS"."FRAMEWORKFOLDERSHISTORY"."DUSER"). Error : 1400, Position : 0, Sql = INSERT INTO FrameworkFoldersHistory (dActionDate, fItemGUID, dAction, fSourceParentGUID, fTargetParentGUID, fItemName, fItemPath, fItemType) values (TO_TIMESTAMP ('2019-01-15 14:29:00.000', 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS.FF'), 'DAC55E2F9288BF49EEF17BCED908951E', 'update', 'C9D6307205ECD7DCE3AB0684D26B86CF', 'C9D6307205ECD7DCE3AB0684D26B86CF', 'Acuerdo 612.docx', '/Enterprise Libraries/xxxxx/Acuerdo 612.docx', 'File')
