OL7 guest server start to hang as soon as the guest is live migrated

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

Hi,

OVM:

v3.4.6, last ovm patch

Guest:

OL7.6

kenel(UEKR5): 4.14.35-1844.1.3.el7uek.x86_64

A soon as we move the guest to the second ovm server (live migration), the guest become unstable and we get:

- bad information in top for the colum. %CPU;  it show continuously 0.0 even when there is lot of cpu.

- oracle database starting to freeze with timeout:

ORA-00445: background process "m000" did not start after 120 seconds

Timed out trying to start process m001.

Wed Jan 16 13:40:05 2019

WARNING:io_getevents timed out 600 sec

- basic command like df start to timeout.
