Oracle 12.1.0.2 Installation fail on Rhel 7.6

Hi All, Oracle 12.1.0.2 installation is failing with below error on Oracle Linux Server release 7.6.  Please help INFO: End output from spawned process. INFO: ---------------------------------- INFO: Exception thrown from action: make Exception Name: MakefileException Exception String: Error in invoking target 'links proc gen_pcscfg procob' of makefile '/****/precomp/lib/ins_precomp.mk'.
