Hey where is my run control record??

Hi All -

Has this happened to anybody --> User says they can't run the Create State W-2 File, getting this message...

Turns out that Tax Update 18-A or 18-B deleted the RC_TAX960MO record definition in App Designer!  (Yes, we didn't capture this until after 18-E was applied and we started running the year-end things. Oops!) .....And we have had this happen previously with 17-D where rec definition RC_TAX810NE was deleted and the users couldn't run TAX810.

The problem seems to be in the App Designer project created by Change Assistant from our change package for the tax updates.  The upgrade flags are being set to 'Delete' or 'Absent'.  Here are screen shots of both missing records:
