workorder scheudling start date and end date are identical

Hi All,

kindly help on this.

1. where does the scheduling start and end date come from in eAM when a PM is created.

I think it will come form PM scheduling option. If yes, I have one more query

2. why are the start and completion dates identical for this workorder?  You can even see this in your own screenshot
