Oracle DB 12.2 - When will overlay Patch 25415713 released for the Jan PSU12.2.0.1.190115

Question: Oracle DB 12.2
We have had applied  PSU 12.2.0.1.180717 and detected last year a heavy trace file growth - every 3 seconds an unneeded message was written into the trace.
Patch 25415713 did fix the bug - but this one is PSU depended. At the moment the latest Patch 25415713 is only available for the Oct 2018 PSU.
We plan to go very soon to the Jan 2019 PSU: seems  Patch 25415713  appear not to be included in the Jan 2019 PSU.
Any experience how many days after PSU release the new overlay will be released?
