R1213: Requirement -we have 2 taxes like 10% 5%, 10% needs to work for AP and 5% needs to work for A

I have a requirement to handle the multiple tax rates against each application like AP and AR.

scenario:

we have 2 taxes like 10% 5%, 10% needs to work for AP and 5% needs to work for AR.

What is the process to implement this scenario?

Please guide me to achieve this Scenarios in EBT 1213.
