R12.2.7 Receivables > Customer Create function not allowed

Hi there,

In R12.2.7, a user is not allowed to Create a Customer thru Receivables responsibility. (Customers> Standard--> clicks on "Create" button=> Adds the Name, adds the Street Address, tabs to City-->Gets ERROR).

You have encountered an unexpected error. please contact your System Administrator for assistance

She is the ONLY User who gets the ERROR message.  Checked the User Profile Options nothing looks odd!

Any ideas on this issue is highly appreciated!
