Fresh Installation of 11.1.2.4 on Windows Server 2012

We use Hyperion Essbase v11.1.2.1 as a backend for our Budgeting Application. Its on a distributed environment. So Foundation and all the Hyperion services are on application server along with my Front End Reporting tool. And Hyperion Essbase is on other server (as we would like to have one dedicated server for Essbase).

Now, We are working on upgrading Hyperion Essbase V11.1.2.1 to Hyperion V 11.1.2.4 on Windows Server 2012R2, 32GB Memory. I have installed all the required components from the Oracle website and tried the Installation.

On application server: I have installed and configured Foundation services(Oracle Web logic, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle DB 32-Bit and 64-Bit.) successfully. I can see the services from my windows service panel.
