9.2 1099 forms alignment in window envelopes

In release 9.2, the bottom form of the 2-up 1099 blank forms (with instructions printed on the back) does not align properly in the 1099 window envelopes. The form prints about a line too high, allowing the TINs to print in the Payer window.  Has anyone else reported this problem?
