I have been getting below notification while accessing Select territory and task Owners in dispatch center screen on XX EE BE BRU CUSTOMER SUPPORT responsibility

Function is not available in this responsibility. Please change responsibility or contact your system admin

There is another responsibility from where we can access this function.

Could you please help how to enable this function under responsibility.
