Can't Resize view attachment window in Work Order attachments

Why can't I be able to resize the small window and make it bigger when i click on the view attachment link in operations and work order. We have 3 pages long text and we are attaching it as 'Long Text' attachment to the operations line. But the view window is so small (Looks like Designed for a mobile phone?), I have to scroll zillion times. Please see picture attached. Thanks for the response
