How to define Column set for the Previous Financial Year YTD Balance in FSG R12.1.3

How to define Column set in R12.1.3 FSG for the Previous Financial Year YTD Balance (Mar-18)  and it should not change the Previous year (Mar-18) balances when Iuser run any period for an example current period (Jan-19)
