Preview in a new Window invoking different Url

Hello All,

I am working on 11.1.1.8 WCS version and  trying to invoking Url in my Dev Delivery environment using option 'Preview in a new Window'. It is completly invoking a different Url. Due to this it is keep redirecting to custome error page infinite times. This issue is happening to all the pages.

Dev Devliery Url - http://ip:port/cs/Satelliteid=1418285298615&SATELLITE=true&pagename=OpenMarket%2FXcelerate%2FUIFramework%2FShowPreviewFrames&pubid=1413367185072&AssetType=Page

Dev Management Url -

http://ip:port/cs/resources/our-brand/careers.html?rendermode=preview

My Dev Management is working fine and this isssue persists with only Dev Delivery. Let me know your thoughts where the issue exists.
