New Columns added in the S_ORG_EXT and S_PARTY after upgrade to Siebel18.8

We have upgrade Siebel from 8.1.1.9 to 18.8

Post upgrade EIM scripts started failing due to missing required columns. We have found few new required columns mentioned below were added to S_ORG_EXT table.

  

S_PARTYED_DELETED_FLG
S_PARTYED_ENABLED_FLG
S_ORG_EXTEXTERNAL_HOST_FLG
S_ORG_EXTONDEMAND_SYNC_FLG

Can you please help me understand the significance of these columns ?
