Adding New Company to Existing Ledger Set Up

Hi Team,

We have exiting requirement of adding New Sister Company(A2)  under same BU.

Existing GL Hierarchy :

Company - A1 , Business Unit -1 , Legal Entity -1 , Primary Ledger -1 , Multiple OU's , Multiple Inv Org's.

New Addition:

Company -  A2 ( Sister Company for A1) sharing same Chart of Accounts.

Requirement :  Both Companies comes under same BU.

Need to add this Company such that it is independent in nature for all financial activities.

and need not depend on company .

     Ex: While closing books for A1, => A2 should be independent of this.

Our Option to Implement this:

Create A New Ledger (Say : L2)-> Create same set of OU's > Same set of Inv Org's >  Run daily business activities
