Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have found the following note about VAT. How to Setup and Troubleshoot VAT Taxes in Europe (EBTAX) (Doc ID 1464375.1).

However it does not shown the details, hence I was wondering if you can share any document that shown it.
