Creation of a large number of users and roles via a bulk load

Hello community,

I am using Oracle RPAS version 17.1.005.01.001. i am working on the deployment steps we need to follow, and i have a couple of questions concerning that:

1- First , the creation of one user is done generally on 2 steps: the first one is on the OIM app and the second one is on the MFP app.

But, If the application will be used by around 50 users, then, instead of doing the creation of each user manually ,The customer will need to create a doc named "filename.csv" and Open an SR to Oracle to upload this file on the OIM  as mentioned in the Oracle "Retail Merchandise Financial Planning Cloud Service Administration Guide".
