Error creating appliance DCS-10045 Gateway should not be null

We have a Model X7-2S built in Jan 2018. I re-imaged the ODA to 12.2.1.4.0 and applied the server patch. All components in Patch Manager of the ODA Web Console show "up-to-date."

When I use the Web Console to "Create Appliance", fill in all the details, I get the following error

I noticed that under Network Configuration, the Gateway was not showing up for the public network

The field is not editable. 

Any help much appreciated!
