Certain MCO's will not transfer from Agile PLM to PIP

We are experiencing a problem where only some MCO's are not being transferred to the PIP JMA destination.

Unfortunately there are no clues as to what the problem is since the most descriptive message I have seen is:

"Destination delivery error: weblogic.messaging.dispatcher.DispatcherException: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe."

Other MCO's and ECO's are progressing after deleting the problem MCO's from the OUTBOUND queue and resetting the destination ACS.

Does anyone have a clue as to where to look for more information?

I've set the large timeout values on the Agile tier for JTA and JMS without bouncing the Agile service, and still the problem persists.
