Multiple PIMSI Dispatcher in siebel envionment

We have created 9 PIMSI Dispatcher RCR, divided on the base of 9 different user group, which runs in a time interval of 10 minutes .Can we create 2 instance of PIMSI Dispatcher component (1 on each) siebel server in a same environment ?
