No PDF generated for Benefits ACA 1095C Print Report (2018)
After applying the ACA patch 28948411 and running "Benefits ACA 1095C Print Report" we get an empty PDF output using the default template 'Benefits ACA 1095C 2018 Template Laser Cut'.
Selecting Output Type of XML instead of PDF produces a non-empty output file with apparently valid data, so I conclude that it may be a problem specifically with the print template, not the report data.
W2s printed properly in this instance, so we conclude the template subsystem is functional.
2017 ACA 1095s printed properly last year, but we were unable to print them while testing this issue using either template 'Benefits ACA 1095C 2018 Template Laser Cut' or modifying the string to 'Benefits ACA 1095C 2017 Template Laser Cut'. In both cases, we get the same empty PDF.
