What do New Jersey PeopleSoft customers do to get their data into BOX 14 using the PS delivered XMLP

What do New Jersey PeopleSoft customers do to get their data into BOX 14 using the PS delivered XMLP to produce PDF W2s instead of having them print in BOX 19 and 20 ?

we have 3 items for BOX 14.

if we used the delivered PS XMLP...

every employee in NJ for us would get 2 W2's. Not Good.

Using TAX960US.SQR we get them there and its OK. BUT to move to XMLP PDF W2's it is a no go.

what do other customers do here ?
