Does anyone know when Oracle is planning to deliver Peplesoft changes to implement new Oregon W-4 fo

Oregon has implemented a new state W-4 form effective in 2019 (prior to that, Oregon accepted the Federal W-4).  I saw a posting for Oracle e-business suite but found nothing for PeopleSoft.  I'm going to create an SR to ask Oracle.  I'm just wondering if anybody else has reached out to Oracle and may have already received an answer.
