Smart View Extension Updates Error

Smart View Error Message - Extensions Unable To Update (Doc ID 2384331.1)

Hello,

I applied the Power Pack Quick Options Extension version: 1.1.2.0 to install the Smart View Quick Options extension.

Now, each time I open a second Office program, I receive this error.

     "Oracle Smart View for Office

          Extension updates will not be applied due to more than one Office application being open.  Please close all Office applications, then reopen to apply updates."

I don't get the error when I open the first Office program, just when I open a 2nd program.

For example, if I just powered on my PC, the first program I open is Outlook.  I don't get the error, Outlook opens just fine.
