Is it possible to use R30840 on stocking type M?

Dear community,

we will add on M88 Landed Cos (LC)t on finish good for transfer between our business unit.

We would like to add this cost also in standard method 07.

We used programs below for upload information during mass update but the last step R30840 did work on stocking P for LC on Raw material but not in stocking type M for finish good.

I was wondering if it's due to our method or if it's design like that?

How would you proceed to add transfer cost on Finish Good during global update?
