ACA Box 14 populating 1H when there is an expected end date and end job automatically is checked

We have several people who are benefits eligible and are covered under benefits that have an expected end date and the end job automatically box is checked.

When extending the position, and the employee doesn't stop working, the ACA Box 14 looks like the EE has 'No Offer of Coverage' even though the employee has benefits coverage.

Is there anything that can be done other than stop using this check box
