Setting Up Payment Methods in ESS

Good Afternoon ~

Can anyone please tell me what I am missing while trying to add Pay Methods and/or Payment Methods to Employee Self Service.   I have tried both of these items and I get the same error.

Your business group does not match security profile.  Not sure what I am missing.  I did not see any Information Type that I need to associate to the responsibility.
