E1:JDE disabled client licensing for tool prior to 8.98.0

Hi Expert,

     Has anyone experienced to enter BDSEC=ROBIN into Deployment Server's JDE.INI ?

Do we have to re-install the development client after changed deployment server's JDE.INI

or we can just add BDSEC=ROBIN into development client's JDE.ini also.

     What about JDE E1 from 8.12 that using Web client ? anything to do for client licensing.
