Multiple Print pallet for item having UOM conversion

Recently we have experienced E1-m printing multiple pallet labels for some items when doing a purchase order receipt.  The sum of the quantity on each pallet label totals up to the quantity received.   Previously only one would print for the total quantity received. 

The only thing I am aware of that is now different is that we have added a pallet conversion (1 PL = XX UOM) to E1-m for some part numbers. I did a little testing in UAT and it appears that if a PL conversion exists, it is leveraged during the printing of the pallet label and multiple pallet labels are printed at the pallet quantity.  If a PL conversion does not exist, then only one pallet label is printed.
