when running awr report from oem 12.1.0.5 we receive error encountered in special section 99995 ora-

we are running oracle oem 12.1.0.5 on windows 12 server and monitoring many databases.  I am running an awr report in oem against a 12c ee db and at bottom of the report I get below message at times.

ADDM Task ADDM:897522624_1_4787

Error encountered in special section 99995 ORA-13605: The specified task or object does not exist for the curren t user.
Continuing to Next Section...

I can't figure out why I get this most times I run an awr report.

Any ideas?
