Views not rendering properly after siebel upgrade

we upgraded siebel from version 8.2.2.15 to IP2017 and patched upto 18.12 , once upgraded even out of the box views are not rendering properly,

specially list applets ,we did generate browser script any suggestion will be highly appropriated - thanks
