Why there is possibility in eAM for user to add Asset BOM on Asset Route?

Hi All,

please help on this issue.

eAM allows user to add Asset BOM on ASSETs which are assigned to ASSET ROUTE, which seems to me not very logic approach as we already have Asset BOMs defined on?
