PeopleSoft Recruiting Candidate Gateway Site Timeout Functionality Problem

We are currently on 9.2.21 Tools 8.55.13 and are in the process of upgrading to 9.2.27 Tools 8.56.09. We have opened an SR for the following issue, which we are experiencing in both environments (9.2.21 and 9.2.27). The SR could not be resolved, so I am posting here in hopes to gather feedback from anyone else who may be experiencing the same issue.

We have set up Candidate Gateway to accommodate two Sites (site 100 and 200 for two different companies). When any site times out, the site no longer works correctly. It takes you to the main entry Careers page, but when you search jobs again, ALL jobs (not site specific jobs) are shown and you cannot select a job. User receives the following error message when clicking on any job: "Job Opening XXX is no longer available. We are sorry the job(s) you have selected is no longer available. Please select another one." The user then has to re-navigate to the
