IHAC, we a fresh installation of EM 13cR3 with the following issue:

Customer has several database targets: RAC (4-5 instances), single instance, versions 12.2 and 11.2.0.4.0.

The EM repository database target name is CDB database "EMCDB" (Container Database).

The EM repository database "EMCDB" and the OMS are running on the same server.

When navigating to "EMCDB" Performance Home page, the page gets displayed quickly and correctly.

Targets -> Database -> Performance -> Performance Home

- When navigating to the Performance Home page of any database target, it does not display any graphs / moving windows. 
- It's either hanging or it's taking too long to load and display the page
