Siebel 18.12 Patch: Web Template Editor Works for Views now...but not for Applets?

Hi All,

Is anyone else seeing that after patch 18.12, the webtemplate editor now works for views, but now doesn't work for applet web templates?

Previously, the editor worked for applets, but not views.

Howdy, Stranger!
