Header Footer not visible in RTF Output

Hi All,

I am trying to generate BIP report with Output type as RTF from Siebel CRM but we are facing one issue with output data.

When we are getting output, we have Images added in Header and Footer of RTF template but in output RTF document, both images is removed.

So can you please confirm or suggest a solution on what i can do to make sure Images are visible in Header and Footer of generated RTF output.

Header and Footer images are coming fine in PDF output, it is just RTF that is showing this behaviour.
