Covered Individual import does not populate EE AB information

Covered Individual import does not populate EE AB information.  It also does not auto populate Relationship code = E.  If I include the AB information on my import, I get all sorts of errors.

Has something changed with the Covered Individual import for 9.2?  I am using the same format as last year but it does not work.
