Where are the patches for 18.3 found in the docset? Release Notes -> What's New

in Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC)

If you are like me (and others) you may find the re-write of the documentation less than helpful or crystal clear in some areas.

For example, after looking for patches under the main header information you may miss that the patches are listed in RELEASE NOTES and Whats New

Arg...

There but, I will request a dynamic link to simplify search to download of the patches as that was the standard in the past
