I can create a SR but I can't be the Primary Contact?

I am setup in MOS to create and update SRs, but when I come to the Primary Contact at the end of the process, the drop-down list shows everyone in my SI except me.  The only ways past this entry is choosing another person to be the contact.  How best can I get this fixed so my name Is included in the drop-down list, as it should be already?
