Oracle 11g 11.2.0.4 Patching for Jan 2019

I need assistance getting the correct Enterprise Data patch and updated OVJM patch  for Linux 86-64 servers for this Jan 2019 time period.  In the past I could type my old patch numbers in

DB Patch 2820407 and OJVM patch 28440700 and the oracle support site would tell me the patches were superseeded by a new patch number.  I could then download the new patch and apply and everything was ok.

This time (Today Jan 24, 2019 I do not see the new patch number.  Can someone assist in telling me what the updated Jan 2019 DB Patch and  OJVM number is for Linux 86-64 machines.
