ODA Web GUI on X5-2

Is it possible to get the Web Management GUI working for X5-2 ODA. We recently updated the ODA to 18.3.0.0 using the ODA Server Patch Set and now the Web GUI login is displayed when navigated to. It requires the user to change the oda-admin password but fails to do so claiming the agent couldn't be contacted. Is the agent present on the X5-2 ODA, if not is there a way to get it? I am aware that Web GUI is a model X6+ feature, but web page does display after the recent upgrade, which prompt me to look into
