Can't login to recently created HTML instance from Server Manager, w/ Weblogic 12c

Hello MOSC

I installed a Weblogic Server 12.2.3.1 with the SM Agent, all the installation steps were taken and everything worked out fine, until I got to the part of creating a new HTML instance from Server Manager

with the following error:
