Custom conflict checking error with parameters

in Retail Price Management (MOSC) Question

Hello.

Do you know the way how I can create the custom conflict checking rule that calls error with parameter (like "Current price is incorrect, suggested price is {1} USD"). As I understand the vanila User-Defined Conflict Checking Rules does not allow parameters in the message, but maybe exists some workaround solution?
