We use ASR for our Exadata engineered systems on multiple sites what we would do is set up email notification using a group alias. I have been told that email aliases aren't supported however we the onsite engineers need to have visibility of any incoming parts. What we like is for SNMP trap to log a ticket in Jira for our techs to work on, is this possible.
