Why depreciation rate resulted by test formula not same with rate in Depreciation Calculation Diagno

Hi,

I have an asset:

Asset ID     = 90149

Method       = DD-FISCAL-03 --base on formula

Method Formula     =  DECODE ( FLOOR ( <Remaining Life 1> ) , 0 , 0.5 , 1 , 0.5 , GREATEST ( 2 / <Life> , 1 / <Remaining Life 1> ) )

Life              = 4 years

Cost            = 200000000

Date Place In Service = 13Sep2018

Start Depreciation = NOV-18.

Why depreciation for period APR-22 get value = 3541667, why rate depreciation get 2.4 for that last years ?,

because in test formula should be 0.5
