No data in xla_ac_balances

Hi,

I am trying to find a subledger table similar to gl_balances table. I see xla_ac_balances table which has beginning balances related columns but it is empty. I tried running Update Subledger Accounting Balances program as well as Subledger Accounting Balances Update program from Payables responsibility but it did not do anything.

Is there any other setup that needs to be done to get this table populated? Or is there any other table that can give me beginning balances?
